We get some amazing salmon in Australia, and in the Margaret River region we are passionate about experimenting with food and wine pairings.
Rich, oily fish like salmon pair great with full-bodied white wines like Chardonnay…take our word for it! Our family loves Salmon, nearly as much as we love our Chardonnay, so the below recipe is a favourite of ours for a mid-week dinner and so easy to whip up.
This is a very simple but delicious way to prepare fresh salmon using just a few ingredients from your pantry. Pair together with our 2017 Jarvis Estate Chardonnay.
