Description
This barrel aged and fermented Semillon is a classic Bordeaux style though dry with elegant flavours of peach, apple and lime. A slightly nutty texture from the oak and with some bottle age this fine wine should develop flavours including hints of bees wax and burnt toast. Only 500 bottles were made, drink now or cellar for up to 20 years.
