SHIRAZ 23 - The cool maritime climate at Jarvis Estate produces a style of Shiraz quite distinctive from other Australian regions. This wine has hints of spice, liquorice, which carry through to the palate along with cherry ripe flavours.

CABERNET MERLOT 21 - This classic Margaret River favourite features flavours reminiscent of ripe black currants, cherries, and liquorice. 2023, the growing season was a mild spring in 2020, with reasonable but not extreme rainfall, which is excellent growing conditions for vines. After ferment the cabernet and merlot were separately matured in oak prior to expert blending producing this superb wine.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON 21 - This mature Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits flavours of dark berry and raspberry fruit with a spicy lift and subtle toasty oak. Fruit is pure and silky with a ripe red dark berry flavour profile and soft fine tannins.
