Description
This barrel aged and fermented Semillon is a classic Bordeaux style though dry with elegant flavours of peach, apple and lime. A slightly nutty texture from the oak and with some bottle age this fine wine should develop flavours including hints of bees wax and burnt toast. Only 500 bottles were made.
