2021 Cabernet Merlot

This classic Margaret River favourite features flavours reminiscent of ripe black currants, cherries, and liquorice. 2021, the growing season was a mild spring in 2020, with reasonable but not extreme rainfall, which is excellent growing conditions for vines. After ferment the cabernet and merlot were separately matured in oak prior to expert blending producing this superb wine.
