The 2020 vintage featured a cooler and wetter spring followed by a warm to hot summer. These almost perfect weather conditions produced this wonderful Chardonnay. The wine has a creamy, soft finish with a hint of butter and some good oak characteristics, it is the perfect wine to compliment a cheese board or chicken dish.
This Estate grown Margaret River Chardonnay was slow fermented in a variety of French Oak Barrels to compliment an array of flavours including citrus and passionfruit. With a soft buttery finish it is a superb Chardonnay to enjoy now or lay down for a up to 20 years.
