Can I bring my dog to the winery?
Dogs are permitted on-site if on leash and remain on the grassed areas. They are not permitted into cellar door or the winery
What facilities do you have for the disabled?
There is ramp access from the main car park to the Cellar Door. The Cellar Door has disabled toilet facilities.

If you have received a product from Jarvis Estate that is incorrectly despatched or, in any way not up to your expectations, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can take action. We will make every effort to provide a replacement or a like exchange to your satisfaction or, in the event a replacement cannot be found, the customer will receive a *refund to the credit card or account in which payment was received.
*refund applies to the purchased product/s only and not initial freight charges, which are non-refundable.
Where wine breaks during transit via Australia Post they will inform us of the damages prior to it being delivered to you and we will contact you via email or phone advising you of the issue. Jarvis Estate will offer to send replacement case/bottles or issue a credit. Where wine breaks during transit via Courier and case of wine is received with one or more broken bottles, Jarvis Estate will send replacement bottles or issue a credit if the buyer notifies Jarvis Estate within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items not received
Jarvis Estate uses a courier company for most deliveries within Western Australia and Australia Post for all interstate deliveries. If you do not receive your wine in a timely manner please contact us so that we can trace the item.
Jarvis Estate offers delivery Australia wide via Australia Post & Local Couriers.
Local Courier deliveries are from Margaret River(WA) region to Perth (WA) Metro areas with 1-2 day delivery. Please ensure that there is someone present during business hours to receive your order as a signature will be required. Any unattended deliveries requested by the customer will be at their own liability.
Australia Post deliveries cover Western Australia regional suburbs & Interstate. Allow 7 business days for delivery which are fully track able. Please ensure that there is someone present at the delivery address you provide to receive your order as a signature will be required. If no-one is present, your products will be delivered to the nearest Post Office for you to collect. A notification card should be left in your mailbox.
Picking Up Your Order
Alternatively you can pick up your order if you are local to Jarvis Estate. Select the Pickup option and advise collection date in shipping instructions when checking out – there will be no delivery fees applied.

Changes of Vintage
Unless otherwise indicated, wines will be current vintage release. Vintage changes are a regular occurrence in the industry and occasionally come without warning. We make great efforts to provide our customers with the vintages stated on our website, however due to the nature of wine, occasionally we may need to notify you of vintage changes or substitutions before we despatch any items. In situations where the wine ordered was offered on a “current vintage” basis, we may choose to fill the order with the available vintage.
